Thank You – Professionally and Personally
Jamie Karman, a Senior Master Sergeant at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, is a flight engineer and instructor and an associate Navigator staff member. He recently received a letter from a deployed airman with whom he had been working.
I wanted to thank you—both professionally and personally. Professionally, I learned a great deal from you on enlisted and squadron management issues. I appreciate your insights, direction, and for explaining the reasons you make the decisions that you do.
Personally, I will never forget you asking me, “If you are a believer, what are you doing for God’s Kingdom?” That one statement convicted me and propelled me into a much deeper, more satisfying relationship with Jesus. It truly re-directed my life—allowing God to work on me—and through me. I have [since] seen people dedicate their lives to God. That one conversation was a defining moment for me. Thank you for allowing God to work on me through you.
